We’re looking for a motivated and agile Growth Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll own strategy, development, and execution for ongoing growth campaigns that lead to exponential growth. You’ll be working closely with the product marketing, product, and sales teams helping us promote Nightfall’s market-leading cloud DLP platform. This role is focused on driving leads (that convert to customers) across paid channels.
Responsibilities
Manage paid ad campaigns from start to finish - including campaign setup, bidding optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, KPI monitoring, and reporting to our leadership team
Analyze campaigns on an ongoing basis, identify opportunities to improve performance, and create structured A/B tests to validate your hypothesis
Coordinate and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders throughout the campaign process including product, product marketing, and sales
Share learnings on a regular basis with stakeholders across the organization
Analyze historical channel performance to develop forecasts and budgets in partnership with the finance team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of performance or growth marketing, ideally for a B2B SaaS company
Minimum 2+ years setting up, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns within the Google Ads platform
Strong organization and attention to detail, superb project management skills, and ability to multitask are foundational to how you work
Excellent communication skills - you will own complex launches that require working with a diverse set of stakeholders
Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action (you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out and strategize the next)
Ability to work autonomously and influence in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points
Previous experience using 6sense or a similar ABM platform plus the associated DSP
Background in cybersecurity
Proven ability to run growth experiments with an entrepreneurial bias, you may have built a small business previously or run a side hustle such as a drop shipping business
