The Role
As a core member of our People team, you will be a key driver in growing Newsela’s teams over the coming year. You will manage the full life-cycle recruitment for job openings across our corporate functions and deliver the best experience to all candidates and hiring managers. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you will create powerful sourcing strategies to recruit top talent, meet hiring needs, and build a diverse talent pool. Beyond simply recruiting for our growing team, you will be an influential team member helping shape and build our company culture as our business expands rapidly.
