The Role:
As the Demand Marketing Manager - West, you are the business strategist and partner to our Sales team. You will serve as the marketing leader of your assigned sales territory(ies) and will create and own the Territory Marketing Plan that ensures your region(s) are achieving business goals. You will own and deliver all region-specific marketing activities in the Territory Marketing Plan, while influencing, orchestrating, and providing visibility to other areas of the overall national Marketing plan that span multiple Sales regions.

As a data-driven marketer with 7+ years of experience in demand, field, or regional marketing, you possess a deep understanding of direct marketing, digital marketing, and account-based marketing in a B2B environment. You have a proven track record of successfully achieving demand generation targets, such as total pipeline, total revenue, marketing sourced, and marketing influenced leads in a regional marketing and account-based marketing capacity. You’ve employed a diverse marketing mix (digital, tele, social, data, and strategic use of events) to successfully drive growth. You know how to marry the art and science of marketing to identify and track quantifiable business contributions, supported by qualitative measures. And you have experience with the salesforce and marketing management and tracking tools common to Sales and Marketing teams. You’re a natural relationship-builder, and have the ability to speak the language of the business, translating marketing metrics into business drivers that your Sales team values. You have a history of successfully executing account-based marketing and marketing to, with and through partners, and have a passion for coaching other team members on best practices in those areas. This is a heavily influential role, so the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and assertively is a must.
