In this critical role you’ll be the Product Marketing Manager for our market-leading graph database product. The database product line is available as self-managed software as well as a fully-managed cloud service. You will thrive on building and telling a compelling, differentiated story for a technically-rich, game-changing product line. You are technically adept and know how to uniquely tune messages for the different personas we engage with regularly (developers, data scientists, IT leaders etc.). You’re great at working collaboratively and cross-organizationally with sales, product, partner and marketing teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business.
As the ideal candidate you will care equally about efficiency, quality and execution and know that teamwork is key to success.
Responsibilities include:
Drive market impact: Ensure cross-functional alignment and lead the success of product and feature launches of our market leading Neo4j graph database; contribute-to, build and support our GTM initiatives.
Be the message owner: Develop compelling narratives and positioning that continue to clearly differentiate Neo4j against our competitors and communicate value to our customers.
Become the Market Expert: Understand the ins-and-outs of the graph database market, conduct market analysis and be the company’s go-to expert, understand our customer journeys, competitors and keep track of the evolving market landscape.
Accelerate Sales Success: Arm the sales team to win with sales assets (value props, narratives, presentations, FAQs, battle cards, playbooks and training) work closely with the field and our customers, refine personas and identify content needs along the buyer journey.
Build Compelling Marketing Content: Be the product’s messaging guru and work across the org to help in the development of website, blogs, datasheets, webcasts, brochures, and other external facing content to ensure the right messages are hitting the right audiences.
