The Field Marketing Specialist is part of our Americas Field Marketing team reporting into the Director of Field Marketing. The Field Marketing Specialist will support all tactical elements of highly impactful digital and event programs and will forge strong relationships as a supporting member of the team.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Americas Field Marketing team to ensure that all tactical elements are in place to support national and regional Neo4j digital and in-person events, 3rd party digital and in-person events, and Account Based Marketing activities tied to our target accounts.
Provide end-to-end field marketing support to execute all tactics in the marketing mix including: Marketo list pulls and analysis, all event communications (invitation copy for pre-, day of and post-event), ensuring that content is written in the context of the event with relevant offers, produce landing pages with event details, ensure calls to action are clear concise and maintain Neo4j branding guidelines.
Engage and work collaboratively across marketing functions to help implement demand generation activities including regional digital programs, webinars, lunch and learns, and Neo4j and 3rd party events.
Assist in the planning and execution of 3rd party online and in-person events in conjunction with the Field Marketing team. Research 3rd party events, document sponsorships and speaking options, prepare event justification forms, and track all 3rd party events.
Develop and organize event and campaign briefs for all events. Manage and organize all event briefs, invoicing, and budgeting by program.
Update and maintain internal calendars to accurately reflect when and where a program is to be launched.
Work with the Americas team to ensure that logistics for events are properly managed; can travel to support an event if necessary (based on regional safety guidelines).

Who You Are:

At least 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, and demand generation developing and executing on end-to-end campaign management.
2+ year experience working with enterprise sales teams.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute both in person and digital third party events as well as custom company events both large (full day events) and small (executive thought leadership dinner, ½ day seminars, etc.).
Bachelors degree required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Goal oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, but also a team player.
Proactive learner and creative problem solver who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project and task-management skills.
Organized in running projects from end-to-end.
Marketo and Salesforce skills are a plus Familiar with G Suite. Strong technology skills are a plus.
Ability to travel 10-20% for events (based on regional / local COVID-19 guidance), planning meetings and to support activities in the marketing mix.
