Myplanet is looking for a Senior B2B Demand Marketing Manager, who is a self-motivated team player, to scale our go-to-market strategy. The Senior B2B Demand Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Partnerships & Growth Marketing, and is accountable for driving demand for Myplanet and our technology partners, by executing as a member of a cross-functional team. This role focuses on the delivery of outcomes, through the development, deployment, and evolution of marketing strategies and tactics. The successful candidate will have experience with defining and delivering demand marketing programs for B2B solution providers, along with leading partner marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing ABM strategies, will have experience marketing for both solution implementers and technology vendors, and will have experience with marketing to digital commerce and retail business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Achieving quarterly targets of referrals to partners and sales accepted leads.
- Measuring, analyzing, and executive reporting on campaign performance, along with providing recommendations for continual improvement.
- Defining and coordinating the deployment of marketing programs, including advertising, thought leadership, social, landing pages, events, and other tactics.
- Preparation and execution of short-term and long-term marketing content calendars and event schedules.
- Collaborating with partners, inside sales, and sales team members to define and deliver full lifecycle nurture campaigns, including intelligent prospecting.
- Collaborating with brand, content, and delivery team members to ensure that high-quality relevant content is being produced for each campaign.
- Contributing to the development of go-to-market and sales strategies in collaboration with our Account, Product Marketing, and Sales functions.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined demand marketing and partner marketing experience.
- 3+ years leading demand marketing for a solution implementer, ideally in the digital commerce or retail technology verticals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where decisions need to be made and acted upon rapidly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead through influence.
- University degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.
