Senior Talent Partner

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join us remotely/virtually within the US to support our fast-growing organization. This is a highly visible role partnering with our executive team across Mindoula to recruit senior level professionals within all of Mindoula's business units and across multiple locations.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to focus on providing a remarkable candidate experience while finding a balance between quality and speed. You'll drive interview processes, and evaluate candidates against Mindoula's core values. You'll lead sourcing strategies and implement best practices to attract candidates.

How you’ll contribute:

• Lead and perform strategic senior level candidate identification, sourcing and research activities to build the talent network.
• Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes while maintaining comprehensive talent pipelines.
• Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
• Partner with stakeholders on strategic projects across Talent Acquisition including tool implementation, process improvements, and employer branding.
• Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and to align expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by setting clear expectations, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating throughout the recruitment process.
• Track data for each job candidate, including addresses, contact information, salary requirements, licensure information, Board Certification status, and contract status in the appropriate database to ensure eligibility for employment in line with internal policies
  and business practices.
• Develop and report on talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, acceptance rate, compensation, cost per hire, and competitive market comparisons while utilizing industry benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement and the ability to anticipate future talent
  needs.
• Obtain and track data regarding a candidate's NPDB, ANCC / AANP, Board Certification, CAQH, NCCPA Certification, State Licensure(s), CDS, DEA, and/or OIG Exclusions Database.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in partnership with line managers and senior leaders across the company.
• Screen candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to ensure appropriate recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Process, verify, and reconcile job candidate information with background checks, reference verification, and other applicable sources.
• Develop materials and implement marketing strategies to bulk outreach potential job candidates utilizing social media, job boards, and other available media resources while ensuring timely and efficient follow-up with potential candidates.
• Educate potential job candidates on employee benefit programs, perks, personnel policies, and procedures to further communicate the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide guidance to the team and business leaders regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent hiring information to ensure consistency in the application of policy and and with a goal of adopting business best practices. .
• Coordinate with the Credentialing Team regarding the onboarding of new hires to ensure open and efficient onboarding that enables new employees to feel engaged and purpose-driven while balancing the need for licensure and credentialing compliance timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or as required to meet goals.

Education & Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of prior experience recruiting for Senior and Executive level positions is required.
• Requires extreme comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems while transitioning between technologies easily, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Technologies we use that will help if you have experience with include: Mac, Google Office Suite, DocuSign, ATS (Breezy), HRIS, DropBox, HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Boolean searches and be willing to google whatever technology you may not already have experience with.
