About the team:
Medallia’s Zingle product provides real time customer messaging capabilities to thousands of businesses around the world. As a member of the Zingle team, you will work to enhance and scale the Zingle platform.
About the role:
As a staff fullstack engineer you will:
Share ownership of the React client architecture that powers Zingle’s Team Inbox
Work closely with product owners and designers to refine requirements and influence product UX/UI
Coordinate with Zingle’s backend engineers to design scalable solutions to complex system enhancements
Occasionally work with node.js to enhance the microservice-oriented architecture that powers the Zingle platform
Supported by Zingle’s team of dedicated QA engineers, ship quality software on-time
Aid in the hiring and mentoring of other engineers on the frontend team
Work with your team and managers to continually improve development practices and processes
Requirements:
5+ years of professional React.js experience
3+ years node.js/backend development experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Experience with ReduxUnit-testing frontend code
Nice to have:
Knowledge of distributed systems
Experience with ElasticSearch
Experience with websockets
Experience with Docker + Kubernetes
Experience with WCAG/accessibility
Experience with developing multi-language interfacesTDD/BDD
