Customer Marketing Manager - Remote

Our marketing team is highly creative, collaborative and passionate about what we do. We’re looking for a senior leader to join our Marketing team to lead and build out the customer marketing function.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, product/ partner marketing teams, creative, digital, content, events teams to build and execute customer marketing strategies and programs to grow Medable’s business around the world.
The ideal candidate is someone with B2B tech customer, product, and/or business marketing leadership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to roll up their sleeves, and is passionate about the technology and life sciences space.
Create and execute marketing programs that communicate and drive Medable’s value proposition (and MQLs) for strategic customers via innovative campaigns, persona-based narratives, success stories, thought leadership, industry partnerships, educational workshops, and events (virtual, and in-person.)
Develop and roll out persona-based content (i.e. fact sheets, slides, videos, messaging) for specific customer opportunities, tailoring the narrative to individual audiences in order to maximize relevance and impact, and increase win rate.
Partner with other senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, Strategy, Product/Partner Marketing, Marketing, Science, Therapeutic Leads/ GMs to ensure delivery on Medable’s overarching revenue and pipeline goals.
Analyze customer data, trends, and insights to develop data-driven GTM strategies and plans.
Measure the effectiveness and ROI of customer marketing and ensure it delivers on Medable’s goals
Be in the market often so that you are at the pulse of customer needs and how our evolving offering, branding, and messaging needs to be shaped to meet those needs.
Develop, coach, and lead a team of customer marketing managers.
5+ years experience in a related marketing, product or consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or Life Sciences company, with emphasis on business, customer, product and/or solution marketing
Knowledge and experience in the development, marketing and/or sales of Life Science and/or Clinical Trial enterprise software - especially hosted, web-based software
Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
Independent thinking, with experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deep analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, legal/business needs, industry trends, and technology landscape.
Ability to craft a communications strategy and narrative, and present clearly and compellingly to executive stakeholders.
Excellent writing and editorial skills and proven content creation experience
“Roll up your sleeves” attitude and a true team player with great communication skills.
Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
