The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for driving pipeline build activities within their designated region. This includes qualifying inbound leads from Marketing, whilst also driving outbound prospecting activities. The role output will include GTM Solution, Positioning, Inbound and Outbound initiatives to generate pipeline, provide market feedback and forecasting and reporting
What you will do:
GTM Solution & Positioning:
Research and analyse the target accounts in territory and establish first contact to the stakeholders
Demonstrate the ability to talk to industry trends, client challenges and how Mambu’s go to market solutions can solve their needs
Demonstrate understanding of key personas to target and the key messaging to be delivered
Inbound and Outbound initiatives to generate pipeline:
Demonstrate ability to quickly analyse inbound leads and deploy GTM approach
Demonstrate ability to understand target accounts and create a cadence plan to successfully achieve outbound success
Demonstrate ability to own book of business and run a structured nurturing process
Ability to qualify leads by leveraging the Mambu sales process
Show ability to work alongside Marketing, Partners and Sales in the handover process of a lead through to opportunity
Market Feedback:
Ability to aggregate market information and provide feedback to the necessary stakeholders which allows for further GTM refinement
Forecasting and reporting:
Key aspect will be to accurately forecast lead conversion
Ability to understand pipeline build requirements to hit targets
Ability to provide insightful reporting to management and the region operated within
What you will need:
You have around 2-3 years proven experience as a Sales Rep within FinTech / SaaS / Technology industry in EMEA
You’re an excellent communicator in English, German, additional language is a big plus
Strong communication skills
Hands-on hunter mentality with a target driven mentality
A decisive mindset, not afraid of failing and know when to change
Research and analytical skills
Long-term aims and demonstrate your perseverance
Creative thinking: finding new routes to leads and opportunities
A well developed local network and work on expanding it
The ability to execute in a detailed manner and to follow a process
