The leadership team at MOTIONTAG is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager responsible for the planning and executing marketing strategies that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels, focusing on DACH. In this role, you’ll be responsible for launching tactics and optimizing campaigns to generate and nurture leads via relevant channels such as SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Reporting to the COO and working within a newly built revenue team, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. - Implementing inbound and outbound campaigns with a strong focus on email marketing, landing pages, and live/virtual events to improve conversion rates
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns
- Owning the marketing-driven pipeline generation number, including developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budgets, and measuring results
- Owning the buyer’s journey, the marketing automation platform & processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales
- Collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to reach marketing targets
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Analyzing campaigns and report on key marketing activities
