Lyte has an opportunity to radically improve the customer experience in a sector that has seen fundamentally little innovation over the last three decades. Lyte’s marketplace is both reducing risk and redefining the customer experience in a way that grows the overall market. More than a dozen of the world's top primary ticketing companies have integrated Lyte into their platforms, including AEG's Elevate, Live Nation's Front Gate, and Eventbrite.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Product Manager to shape and build our next generation eCommerce products. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving our current platform while also defining and developing new products that will provide elevated ticketing experiences for fans. You will create moments of delight and solve pain points for fans throughout the ticket buying and selling processes while also helping the world’s largest events improve their brands and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our event commerce platform
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of project phases for both short-term sprints and long-term product evolutions
• Outline the path from MVPs / beta launches to robust, full scale products
• Understand users’ needs throughout their journey and how our platform can provide better solutions than alternative ticketing options
• Provide designers & engineers with direction and feedback to bring new products to life
• Document product requirements and release notes for new products and features
• Work with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market planning

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager
• Experience with product / roadmap management tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Trello)
• Proven ability to scope, develop, ship and iterate new products
• Experience at a fast-paced startup in a cross-functional environment
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
