We’re looking for a leader to develop our brand and scale our market presence, while staying true to our ethos of using business as an engine for progressing social and environmental initiatives.

The High-level About this Position:

The Loop & Tie Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Designer & Creative to explore new and meaningful ways to use visual storytelling to engage with our prospects & customers throughout their customer lifecycle. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be an integral part of using your craft to build new audiences for this remarkable platform experience in this next phase of our company's growth.

In this dynamic and highly cross-functional role, you’ll drive impact by balancing your creative & technical know-how to shape our strategic narrative and brand. As a strong expert in graphic and web design, you’ll be responsible for exploring new visual mediums and expressions of our brand to ignite our audiences. Your keen process & time management skills will ensure our projects are completed on schedule, while still leaving plenty of time for exploration and creative solutioning.

• You’ll work with all members of our Growth Marketing & Product Marketing Teams to explore creative applications of our brand and our positioning and messaging
• Your experience and passion for branding will help us unify our visual identity and open new opportunities for its expression
• Your ability to manage multiple projects at once will help our team establish repeatable workflows that help us work smarter, not harder
• Your comfort in real-time feedback and iterative frameworks with your key stakeholders will ensure our projects are remarkable
• Your thoughtful approach to internal communication will ensure your stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, & Product are informed and involved in new initiatives
• You use data as a valuable resource for your ability to identify trends and explore new opportunities

How you will up-level Loop & Tie:

• You have 4+ years in Graphic, Motion Graphic, Creative, and/or Web Design
• Proven experience delivering top-notch, scalable design and processes
• A knowledge of internal and external systems such as Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), Google Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Asana, & Slack
• An expertise in creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative
• Basic understanding of web design principles (bonus if you have experience in WebFlow)
• Impeccable communication skills particularly with people who have varying areas of expertise than yours
• The ability to adjust rapidly to the changing demands & priorities of our team
• A passion for building a culture that all of us can be proud of
• You have a natural curiosity, a creative mindset, and willingness to experiment and iterate
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to drive multiple initiatives at once
