We are currently on the hunt for Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) based in Berlin.

Your Mission with us:

Implement & optimise our performance campaigns to acquire students whilst driving down Customer Acquisition Costs.

In this position you will:

• Manage a team of channel experts to implement & optimise campaigns to drive down CAC.
• Collaborate with Country Managers on implementation & optimisation of campaigns.
• Manage rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions.
• Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize, evaluate, and optimize marketing experiments and report key findings to the executive team on a recurring basis.
• Cooperate and align with our content and design team on the production of marketing materials.
• Design and conduct statistically significant A/B tests and use the results for continuous optimization.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to turn performance marketing data into meaningful insights.

This job may be for you if you have the following:

• 7+ years of B2C Performance Marketing experience, demonstrable proof of delivering growth for a hyper-growth business.
• Data-driven outlook with the ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer it into actionable steps.
• Deep understanding and current hands-on knowledge of marketing technologies and media platforms, an expert in the Google Marketing Stack, Facebook Ad Manager, Paid Discovery, DSPs, etc.
• Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Competence to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave knowledge and new experiences.
• Experience in leading a team of skill-specific channel managers.
• Proactive, getting-it-done mindset - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Experience in Hypergrowth environments and how to scale up a company.
