Your mission with us

You drive Influencer Marketing as a performance channel and contribute to our continued growth in new customer acquisitions.

You will achieve this by

• Overseeing, building, and effectively forecasting the performance of influencer campaigns aligned with our brand strategy, vision, and supporting key business initiatives.
• Enjoying being hands-on and challenging existing structures and bring in new creative and innovative ideas on how to grow our Marketing activities through partnerships.
• Being comfortable analyzing campaigns based on relevant KPIs and identifying optimization potential in our performance reports.
• Providing guidance to the team to drive the overall success of all related campaigns.
• Putting yourself in the shoes of Affiliates, Influencers, and Partners to find win-win solutions.
• Negotiating and building up long-term relationships.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and being a partner with the Marketing and Creative teams to ideate and deliver on the partnership aspects of campaign briefs.

You bring to Lingoda

• You have several years (5 years+) of experience in marketing with influencers
• You have a good analytical understanding of KPIs as well as experience in managing Influencers as awareness and as performance drivers.
• You possess a proven track record of negotiating and implementing successful influencer marketing campaigns to drive the business.
• You are capable of positioning and selling Lingoda as a partner, even in competition with famous brands.
• You are proficient in all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• You know the industry and can leverage your network, ideally from the self-growth, education, or the sports domain.
• You preferably have first leadership experience.
