Mission: Paid top token listings with a co-marketing budget.
Mission description: Story: LATOKEN users need top token listings on the platform to trade and invest their funds.
Key PROBLEM's: Source and update leads on CRM and sent to relevant Sales Managers.
How: *Complete all correct contact details for all leads. *Review leads and close any that are not relevant (From TL, Website, Twitter, etc.)
Constraints: Focus on potential leads that are ready to be distributed to Sales Managers.
Main performance number: Leads Reviewed Per Week
Second performance number: Quality of Leads Reviewed Per Week
Third performance number: Leads Converted to DealsFunctions:
• Sourcing : Help Sales Managers to hunt and list top promising projects to list with us before any other exchange.
• Clients : Build relationship with clients. Make first approach, learn their needs and pains, and show the value of LATOKEN exchange.
• Deals : Manually check quality of parsed leads.
• Product : Participate in custdev, detect clients' pains, reasons of rejections, formulates hypothesis and implement the changes to improve our products.
• Workflow : Keep everything well organised and follow company's workflow.
• Training : Grow your sales skills through workshops and ghost calls of your senior buddy.Requirement skills and experience:
2+ experience working on CRM - workflow process, technical professionally, control leads, etc.
Experience in investments/fintech is a strong plus.
Personal experience with cryptocurrencies & blockchain tokens.
Demand the highest standards for clear and MECE-defined roles and OKRs.
Fluent English.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
