Unit Mission: Spread crypto to serve people with LATOKEN products
Role: Marketing Manager Junior or Senior

Functions:

• Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
• Enlighten the road to hit the target with a single bullet with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.
• Structure audiences, channels, messages and digital marketing campaigns across products: IEO listings, roadshows/crowdfunding, deposits, payments and trading. Generate leads for sales for the mentioned products.
• Run marketing campaigns on Facebook, AdWords, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Overcome restrictions of adds platforms by changing adds content/messages. Make sure that campaigns targets are met.
• Make marketing analytics by campaign fully transparent: coverage, conversions, CPC, user/client acquisition cost. Identify the most effective channels for each product. ROMI/CPA per channel/audience
• Manage influencer marketing, automated email/messenger/WhatsApp/telegram sequences and funnels
• Make sure platform’s SEO is optimized: high places on the 1st page in all relevant search requests
• Develop lead acquisition landing pages and lead generation forms across products
• Magnify fundraising campaigns for great projects
• Develop mechanisms for referral and retention growth. Initiate new channels such as streaming analytic reports on the market sentiment
• Magnify Tier 1 publications and top content reach

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on performance ad exp
• Creative content exp
• Knowledge of crypto
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong SQL and Excel skills. Python / C# and other programming languages is a strong plus
