Unit Mission: Get startups to digital market and fuel its evolution to serve clients
Role: Sales Lead - Head of Sales (Crypto / Fintech / Blockchain) Remote / Homeworking

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales or business development
• 3+ years previous experience in managing and growing Sales teams
• Experience in process automation and analytics
• Worked 4 + years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
• Go-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skills
• Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients' and personal interests
• Definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
• At least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)
• Fluent English
