Unit: Growth-Listings Operations
Role: Head of Operations Sales
Role Mission: Excellent and transferrable sales operations
Story: The sales unit needs transparent, excellent, and scalable operations to make clients (token teams, traders, and wallet users) and LATOKEN teammates consistently successful.
Key PROBLEM's: Make operations transparent and scalable, ready to support 60 paid listings per month by end of May 2022
How:
Constraints: Make processes supportive (prefer to reuse and develop existing tools)
Main performance number: Revenue Listings
Second performance number: Trading fees
Third performance number: New Listing clientsRequirement skills and experience:
Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in managing SME-focused sales operations
Experience in Crypto, Fintech or managing operations at a Fast-growing startup will be a plus, as well as BIG-3 or BIG-4 consulting experience.
Experience in OKRs implementation, BPMN/ERP, Agile IT management will be helpful, too.
You need to have a genuine desire to be a senior leader in a very dynamic, successful and growing company – and see the job and growth of the company as a large part of your life.
You would be required to work very long hours, in a demanding, but rewarding work environment.
