Mission: increase employee retention through building simple and comfortable to use onboarding system interface.
Main performance number: rate of convenience and usability of the Onboarding system.
Second performance number: average Newcomer's Onboarding rate.
Third performance number: retention of employees above avg 360 scores, %.Functions:

• Onboarding Landing page: Create the engaging easy-to-use Onboarding Landing page
• Feedback: Create a feedback loop to continually improve the platform. Collect and analyze requirements for the Corporate Operations management system, implement those requirements based on priorities stated by the Product Manager.
• Low latency: Streamline, Optimize, Speed-up (SOS) our internal modules. Make the average query execution latency less than 1 s.
• Automate: Find ways to automate and improve LATOKEN processes.
• Maintain Platform Ops, timely fix bugs reported by users.
• Code Review: Proactively hunt for business-logic errors, code errors, and other vulnerabilities in the code, written by you and your colleagues.

Requirement skills and experience:

Hard skills:

• GIT, HTML5, SCSS, SASS, JS, REACT, REDUX, webpack
• Unit test React experience 2+ years is a must
• Django, Python, SQL (Postgresql) as a plus

Soft skills:

• Problem-solving, ability to learn new libraries and frameworks in a short period of time. Client-centric mindset (“A can do” attitude).
