We’re currently looking for a talented consumer-focused Growth Marketer to join our core team, to sustainably grow adoption, frequency and retention across the consumer lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Talking to customers and leveraging existing customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and key problem areas across the customer journey
- Designing experiments, identifying success criteria and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, culinary, customer service, software to execute against the marketing strategy and calendar
- Establishing baselines, running campaigns and measuring improvements across the entire customer lifecycle (awareness, onboarding, retention, referral) and existing capabilities such as Push Notifications, SMS, Email Drip Campaigns, Loyalty Points Programs, Promotions, Referrals, Social Media, Paid Ads, Retargeting and the Physical Brand Experience
- Operating with an experimental and analytical mindset to identify sustainable growth drivers while maintaining consistent brand values
- Making business savvy decisions by prioritizing projects, managing budgets and reporting ROI on campaign effectiveness
- Maintaining and enriching data and key KPI dashboards
- Leverage our rich data set to find unique opportunities to drive growth and improve the overall physical and digital product experience
You must have:
- Experience working with digital consumer brands (food, grocery, CPG preferred)
- Strong technical, analytical and reporting skills to make business decisions with high ROI (pull, process, analyze data with tools such as Excel/G-Suite, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude etc)
- A strong marketing foundation (positioning, psychology, visual design, creative) that can translate technical insights into user-friendly messaging
- Experience in promotions, loyalty, referral and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with email and push notification marketing (execute campaigns with platforms such as Intercom, Braze, OneSignal, LeanPlum, Twilio, SendGrid etc)
- Ability to empathetically challenge the status quo, ask the right questions, dig deep and uncover the truth
- A scientific method and experimental mindset where you’re comfortable doing unscalable things to get quick answers before figuring out how to automate and scale
- Strong ability to work and lead cross-functional initiatives
You should have:
- A passion for food, cooking, nutrition, health & wellness, and/or sustainability
- Experience with the latest mar-tech tools and best practices
- Storytelling abilities to make the product/brand come to life
- Experience with the digital product design and UX/UI design process
You should be:
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Relentlessly resourceful and entrepreneurial in nature
- Unafraid to try, to test, to experiment and iterate
- Able to solve today-problems but also looks forward to the future
- Able to ruthlessly prioritize using data as a north star
- A fast-learner and with an insatiable curiosity
