About The Role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platform and products
- Lead with creative ideas to increase user conversion by optimizing chatbots, login pages, credit card pages, mobile workflow.
- Working with customer research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of individual and employer need and business opportunity
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity & product satisfaction
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Work with DB architects to help define how we store customer data
- Work with various Product team to understand how this data can be utilized for personalization across the site
- Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
- Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
- Define product requirements for MVPs and new features/enhancements
- Work through PowerBI and Analytics reports to parse out details to build satisfying customer experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of working experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing
- 3+ years of working mobile design experience
- 4+ years of B2C product management experience focusing on web and mobile.
- Prior startup experience a must
- Working knowledge of Chatbots preferred
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and a proven track record of results
- Strategic, creative and analytic
- Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
- Experience building and scaling a product from the ground up
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
- Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- International experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
