About The Role
The Marketplace and Expert Operations team is charged with making JustAnswer the preferred place for solving life’s important problems by delivering prompt, high quality answers to customers. We are looking for a data driven, analytically minded Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for launching and managing projects and programs that improve the health and success of the marketplace.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement, innovate, and manage Expert incentive rewards and recognition programs to improve service delivery and service levels
- Leverage Expert communications to help motivate, encourage, and reward Experts to deliver world class help to customers
- Identify leading indicators and opportunities to better deliver the service through deep qualitative and quantitative investigations
- Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Expert Success, and the Community teams to help customers receive excellent levels of service
Knowledge and Skills
- You are a data driven, critical thinker with good time management and multi-tasking skills
- You are a team player who is happy to pitch in to help and support your colleagues
- Have experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- SQL or equivalent experience a plus
- Have strong communication skills
