For our international sales team, we are looking for YOU as Account Manager - The Netherlands (m/f/d), permanent, with the earliest possible start date and with a workplace in Hamburg or Berlin.
You can also work remotely if you feel like visiting our team in Berlin from time to time.
These are your tasks:
Offering a solution on the e-recruiting market that is unique in its form
Acquisition of new customers in the area of direct customers, staffing or media agencies
Establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships with direct customers and agencies in our international markets
Independent preparation, management and follow-up of client meetings and contract negotiations
Identification and corresponding realisation of opportunities for up- and cross-selling
The opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the sales department and to actively contribute your experience, ideas and knowledge.
What you ideally bring to the table:
Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in sales of e-recruiting solutions with a consultative sales approach.
Passion for sales, the exceeding of targets and building and expanding customer relationships
Enjoy networking and having existing contacts with companies and sales partners
Willingness to travel (2-3 days per week, Covid-19 requirements permitting)
Enjoying a dynamic, agile environment that offers plenty of freedom for personal development
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Fluent English and Dutch
