As a Junior Product Manager you will be responsible for a major section of the Jibble product, working very closely with your manager and those leading Marketing, Customer Success and Development. Responsibilities are not limited to just product as overlap should be expected in admin, marketing and customer success.

• Designing new product features and improving existing ones
• Organising the development schedule and ensuring smooth product update releases
• Managing developers and analysing their performance from a high level
• Working with quality assurance, by defining requirements, designing new test cases and ensuring QA staff are performing their duties effectively
• Working with marketing to ensure the product is represented appropriately with the correct marketing materials
• Involved in blogging about product updates and assisting in writing help documentation
• Working in customer success in order to win over users through exemplary and prompt customer support. No one should know or be able to support, explain or demo the product better than the product managers
• Assisting in analysing all areas of the product and business (whether marketing or customer support), where directed, in order to improve and optimize the user experience
• Online webinars and demos
• Soliciting requirements from large prospect customers

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in product management and SaaS
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent
• Analytical, structured and have a high attention to detail
• Interest in technology, finance and are good with numbers
• Fluent in English
