As a Senior Regional Sales Director, your mission will be making Jetty the first choice for institutional apartment owners and managers looking for innovative insurance and financial solutions. You will contribute to the scaling of Jetty’s Real Estate Sales function and be instrumental in Jetty’s overall go-to-market strategy. Using your deep sales background and strong experience of selling to executive decision makers, you will make a meaningful mark on the business. You will report directly to our SVP of Revenue.
This position focuses on Jetty’s Southeast sales territory (TX, FL, GA, NC, AL, TN, SC, LA, AR, MS), and so the ideal candidate will either currently reside in that region or can frequently travel to that region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze territory market potential and execute prospecting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified potential Jetty Partners
- Present, promote and sell Jetty’s platform of integrated products to multifamily real estate owners and managers
- Design and execute contracting packages for long-term Jetty partnerships
- Organize and maintain all sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce to track progress against quarterly and annual sales goals
- Collaborate with Partner Success team to maximize revenue
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with other internal Jetty teams (including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering)
- Represent Jetty at virtual, national and regional industry events and conferences
- ~30% travel expected
Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience focusing on executive level buyers
- Multifamily real estate sales experience and/or industry knowledge is a plus
- Proven success within complex sales cycles (you've consistently achieved your quotas)
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned to company growth goals
- Effective communicator, who can give a clear, concise pitch to any audience
- History of empathy in your sales approach; responsive to each partner’s requirements
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks vs. non-critical tasks

Compensation for this role:
- The total salary range for this role is $180-200k, comprised of an annual base salary and quarterly variable bonus, and may be inclusive of multiple career levels
- The offer package for this role will also include stock option equity
- Individual offer decisions within this range will be based on multiple factors, including your level of experience, relevant skills, and balancing internal equity to ensure fair and equitable compensation across similar roles
