Are you the one?
In the Growth department, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and develop the team. We are looking for a team player who wants to grow with us and lead Jeff to the next stage!
This is a remote position within Spain, but we have an office in Valencia if you prefer it. We would love it! if you are in Valencia and want to join us at the office, you are more than welcome!If you are a rock star, who understands the startup environment and is ready to give your all, this opportunity is for you! The ideal candidate will have a passion for advice, be accustomed to working on a goal-driven basis, be very result-oriented, proactive; not fearful of challenges, because they motivate you!.

Key responsibilities:
Manage a talented team of +10 employes divided in key areas such as Content, Inbound Marketing, CRM, Online / Offline lead generation and Data analytics
Manage and optimize the B2B Marketing budget of the company
Execute online and offline marketing campaigns that will generate HQL leads and boost company sales at a global level
Define strategies that will help potential Partners to understand value proposition of the company, build brand awareness strategies and product validation
Define Marketing strategies in the top of the funnel by understanding the buyer persona and generating value content
Build CRM strategies, processes and procedure in order to improve conversion
Developing marketing & innovation strategies - help to achieve ambitious customer acquisition objectives
Responsible for marketing strategy, white space mapping, planning campaigns and driving launches in markets
Lead marketing direction and build brands globally across region, channels and customers
Masters' degree in Marketing or a related field
5 or more years in strategic marketing at a regional/global level
Experience in the retail industry will be highly preferred
Strong experience in integrated marketing
+3 years leading teams of more than 5 people.
Experience launching products across one region.
