TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Opportunity for domestic and international travel
HOURS and SCHEDULE: Generally, Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (minimum 37.5 hours within five (5) days per week); unless otherwise required or approved by management to also include evenings and weekends as needed. Depending on location, candidates may be required to travel to the HQ office in Virginia periodically.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:ICMEC seeks an experienced Product Manager for its GMCNgine™ technology. The Product Manager role at ICMEC is an opportunity to be a product leader at the organization that has been empowering the global community with the tools, training, and technology to create a safer world for children for the past two decades. This role is a chance to use your product and leadership skills to make a real difference for children around the world. At ICMEC, you will coordinate the deployment and continued development of a data, alerting, and collaboration platform used to help identify and locate missing children. The platform houses a database of images, interacts with other databases via API, and deploys machine learning and AI technologies to match and distribute images in order to further the impact of our search for missing children. After the success we have seen with the tool over the past three years, we are ready to scale its use and exponentially increase its impact. We need your talent to make that happen.
As our Product Manager, you are responsible for working with our program officers and internationally renowned subject matter experts to explore their needs and the needs of the child protection professionals we serve in the public and private sectors. You will craft the product roadmap, drive product usage and adoption strategy, launch new use cases, and own impact metrics. You will work with our CEO, CTO, project advisory group, tech partners, and engineering team to manage the development of the product in cross-function with our marketing team to communicate and execute towards the vision for the platform.
