Inkblot is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate with a foundational understanding of web development frameworks and a passion for building mission-driven products to join our Product team.
Your role will be a combination of QA testing, data entry, and business logic programming to support the quality and consistency of our product launches and implementations of employee mental health services/programs.

Position Overview
Functional testing of Inkblot products to document issues and bugs.
Assist in defect management by prioritizing and triaging bugs that arise through testing and from various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that implementations adhere to technical and content specifications.
Support implementations of employee mental health services/programs by doing data entry and business logic programming, and completing thorough QA testing before go-live.
Actively identify opportunities to simplify internal tooling to reduce errors and improve ease and speed of implementations.
Participate in our software development life cycle, biweekly sprints and other Scrum ceremonies.
Maintain QA documentation.
Required Skills
Qualifications
A college diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Information Systems, Software and Web Development or equivalent
Skills and Experience
1-3 years of experience in software development and QA testing
Experience with markup languages (HTML/XML) and front-end Javascript frameworks like React and Redux; Bonus points for having experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience working in a startup environment with strong organizational and project management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
