Security Project Manager
Holistic Industries

Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Meet with vendors to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
· Help maintain the standard set of security devices to implement
· Track deployment of security systems and performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
· Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
· Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with vendors as well as other staff members
· Perform on-site equipment installation
· Terminating cables and configuring camera systems, access controls, and intrusion detection systems
· Maintain current knowledge of all security systems
· Support site employees with security audits
· Resolve security help desk tickets in a timely manner
· Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and computer chat
· Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported challenges

· Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management

General
· Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials
Education/Experience:
· A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or the equivalent work experience is required
· Experience installing network and security equipment is required
· Project management experience is required
· Up to 50% travel is required for this role.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
· Knowledge of security, surveillance, and/or access control systems
· Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
· Able to maintain confidentiality
· Attention to detail – especially for contracts and quotes
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Experience working with the Avigilon Platform ACC7 & ACM
· Experience programming and working with DSC NEO Intrusion systems
· Experience programing and managing Alarm.com
· Ability to operate testing equipment using multi meters, toners, pair tester etc.
