Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Help create the future of home design and construction.
We’re looking for our first Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help bring Higharc to market.
This role will require someone who is an exceptional thinker/writer and has been responsible for the go-to-market strategy and new product introduction. You’ll serve as a marketer, product person, and customer advocate at Higharc. Responsibilities include positioning/messaging, competitive intelligence, internal & external education and sales enablement.
You’ll join a remote team who’ve led functions at Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, WeWork, and Apple. We’re backed by investors and advisors that include the founder of E Ink, the CPO of Adobe, and the designer of the Nest Thermostat.

You’ll be responsible for market and competitive research, product positioning, go-to-market and sales enablement strategies/content to drive revenue. As one of our first marketing team members, you will get to wear many hats depending on your strengths and interests. We’re looking for passion and scrappiness with an ability to scale the team as needed.

ABOUT YOU
You’re energized by the challenge of introducing new products, identifying levers to transform the home design and construction industry, and creating compelling go-to-market strategies.
You’re confident speaking to engineers or homebuilders, easily switching from “how something works” to “what value it provides”.
We’re looking for someone with strong fundamentals in go-to-market execution, customer experience and sales enablement. We want to see that you’ve been a key part of bringing a product to market successfully -- ideally at a technology start-up in an old industry.
You are passionate about homes, construction, or home design. You might have grown up on job sites, built a home, or have spent hours on pinterest and HGTV obsessing over your future home. You've probably been the “go to” marketing person at an early stage start-up before because of your ability to “connect the dots” and get things done. You’re talking to us because you want something bigger. You want to work on an ambitious product where regular people’s lives will change in a positive way and you want to roll up your sleeves to make a lasting impact.
