The Role: Sales Operations Manager

About This Role:
We are hiring a talented Sales Operations Manager professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Hazel Health is a great place to grow your career. This is a central role that collaborates closely with Growth, Client Services, Management, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Analytics. This is an individual contributor role and reports to the VP of Growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage workflow and sales tracking processes and automations, enabling the team to work at maximum efficiency while giving the managers a clear view of the business
- Participate in cross-organizational requirements gathering and plan development.
- Salesforce expectations include management, ensuring data quality, forecasting, proactively identifying areas of opportunity to increase efficiencies and drive insights
- Responsible for all aspects of Salesforce management, in partnership with an external Salesforce architect and strategist.
- Responsible for contracts management, procurement partner identification and management, RFP support and continuous salesforce optimization based upon teaming and insights.

- Demonstrated knowledge with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Google suite of applications
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative and strategic
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations role with proficiency in creating reports, managing reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards
