Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Clinical Operations team.
As a Clinical Quality Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support clinical relationships with schools and coordinate training efforts to create a positive experience for new teammates joining the Clinical and Clinical Operations teams. This role will partner with teams to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective onboarding processes to ensure an impactful new hire experience for providers and support staff.
Duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Primary Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with the team to deliver orientation and onboarding for new employees on the Clinical and Clinical Operations team; provider coordination and logistics support for live programs and eLearning
- Design and revise documentation for the onboarding process
- Manage tasks associated with our Learning Management System (LMS) including: creating and refining courses; managing course enrollment; tracking and reporting learning activities
- Work with team to identify process improvements and document new procedures
- Collect and address feedback to continually refine District Health Protocol and onboarding processes
- Passion for our mission
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Understanding of FERPA and HIPAA preferred
- Previous experience with onboarding and training preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience collaborating effectively with a team and both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
- Able to exercise kindness, humility, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy when dealing with individuals at any level
- Ability to work autonomously with efficiency and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
