Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of the online booking platform, ensuring smooth functioning and user experience.
- Ensure that the booking system is fully integrated with flight, hotel, and other travel service APIs.
- Collaborate with the IT and product teams to troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and implement system upgrades.
- Assist customers with online booking queries, providing troubleshooting support and resolving booking-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations related to the online booking tool, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and offers to help customers make informed booking decisions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for the smooth rollout of new features, updates, or fixes to the booking system.
- Test new features and report feedback to enhance the usability and functionality of the system.
- Ensure the system’s payment gateway is functional and secure for seamless transactions.
Suitable candidate criteria
- 2+ years of experience in a travel, e-commerce, or customer support role.
- Experience with online booking tools, CRM systems, or related travel technology platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Travel & Tourism, or related field
