TENDER SPECIALIST
Assist to prepare tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
Conversant with Government Procurement guideline and ensure meeting all requirements in a tender.
Compilation of various input to create a more complete tender proposal.
Monitoring deadlines and submission on time.
Evaluation and contract negotiation.
Timely RFP / RFI responses, quotation submission, study the tender documents and prepare submission documents - Technical and commercial, ensure all the requirements of the tender documents are complied with and list out the non-compliance if any, Estimate the bid bond / Performance Bond and liaise with Finance Department for its arrangement as per the requirements of the tender.
Retention of a copy of all the submitted documents to the tender.
Ensure to maintain consistency of the submissions maintaining company quality & standards.
