Responsible for coordinating operational and administrative tasks via email and phone, managing office administration, including document recording and filing.
Serve as the safety representative overseeing office safety, maintenance, and licensing. Obtains approvals from port authorities, MOD, Navy, and JV.
Prepare issue/receive advice for security operations, maintain cash box and petty cash, and handle reporting and bookkeeping.
Manage immigration bond sticker records, arrange payments for SLPA/hotel/transport/utility bills, keep an inventory of fixed assets, prepare staff attendance/meal sheets, and handle job creation, SO, and PO entries in the Logix System.
Responsible for maintaining job schedules, log books, and files, sending weekly and monthly booking sheets to the head office. Handles dispatch of invoices to clients and supports in recovery processes.
Manage the processing of bills and arrange necessary permissions, including port permits and spare parts approvals.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English and 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management or Transport & Logistics Management) or an equivalent professional qualification.
