PA To Director/CEO - Katunayake

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Director by way of coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing reports/publication material and presentations, taking down accurate minutes so as to ensure its timely circulation. 
• Maintain Director’s calendar/diary by updating appointments and giving timely reminders thereby ensuring appointments are not overlapped and missed.
• Set up overseas travel arrangements as and when requested by coordinating with relevant parties such as airlines, hotels, overseas agents, etc. to ensure a smooth visit as well as arrange accommodation and prepare travel itinerary for foreign customers to provide them with a smooth stay in Sri Lanka.
• Attend and follow up on inquiries both internal and external routed from the director by closely following up with relevant parties so as to ensure its timely completion
• Generate/process letters relating to daily operations of the company which requires director’s endorsement as and when requested by obtaining the required information so as to ensure requirements are met.
• Strictly adhere and live by company and Group values at all times by acting as an example and encouraging others on same 
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and When requested by management

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field. 
• A minimum of 3 passes at the G.C.E A/L examination
• Excellent command of the English language. (written and oral)
• Extensive knowledge on MS Office Package.
