Providing information to salary benchmarking for the ADV group and clusters.
Assist in developing, communicating and implementing compensation and benefit policies and procedures.
Assist in evaluating and modifying existing reward and benefit programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that they comply with current legislation/compliance standards.
Laise with service providers for wellbeing/engagement related programmes, communicating and executing them across the group, monitoring and reporting.
Liaise with the HRBPs to implement rewards/well-being programmes in SBUs.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Bachelor’s Degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management.
Part qualification in CIMA will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 1- year experience in a similar role.
