Directing and managing total operation of the manufacturing plant while driving the team towards our customers’ expectations
Being responsible for the production output, on-time delivery, asset capacity and minimizing unnecessary costs, moreover concentrating on improving quality of the product standards
Monitoring operations and product efficiencies, addressing/ solving complex manufacturing problems, committing to plant safety procedures and promptly working on corrective and preventive actions surrounding safety
Overseeing all shipments, incoming inventory and storage operations
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or recognized Engineering Diploma from a reputed University/Institute or any other Mechanical & Electrical qualification
Proven nearly 5 years working experience as a plant manager with an in-depth knowledge in, Business and Management principles and good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
Strong management skills with good command and ability to manage multiple teams
Preferably Male candidates within 35 above of age
Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala, Negombo, Gampaha or around proximity
