MARKETING SPECIALIST (Salary Grade - Executive)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing: Devise, execute, and refine marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
- Campaign Leadership: Create and manage high-impact promotional campaigns, from concept to execution, targeting specific customer segments.
- Digital Marketing Optimization: Analyze and optimize online marketing initiatives to maximize reach, lead generation, and ROI.
- Content Management: Develop engaging content for social networks and other platforms to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor analysis and environmental scans to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- A degree/ professional qualification from a recognized university/ institute in Marketing
- Familiarity with working with creative teams and agencies
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Experience in planning and implementing customer and online events
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- A proactive and creative marketing professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- A passion for identifying opportunities, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with an eye for detail
