We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales and Marketing to lead the ticketing and outbound travel division’s expansion. This role demands expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic marketing to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, niches, and trends in outbound travel to design competitive packages.
- Secure new corporate and individual clients through proactive networking, partnerships, and innovative sales pitches.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Positioning:
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns to promote outbound travel packages across digital and traditional platforms.
- Ensure the brand remains competitive by monitoring market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the company's online and offline presence.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify the potential partners and secure exclusive agreements.
Client Retention and Relationship Management:
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop personalized solutions for high-value clients to exceed expectations.
Conflict Management and Problem Solving:
- Act as a point of escalation for client complaints, resolving disputes professionally and effectively.
- Mediate between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement proactive measures to mitigate potential conflicts or service lapses.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics, analyzing data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
- CIM or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel industry.
- Proven experience in new product development and launching travel packages.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
