Manager- Research and Development

Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Manager- Research and Development

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the product related certifications, regulations and standards (CE certifications, Food conformity certifications etc.)
• Update on standards and regulatory information related to gloves and packaging in different countries
• New product design, development and process improvement
• New material development and its application to glove applications 
• Attending for customer queries related to product certifications
• Work closely with staff from Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments for cross functional team based projects

Person’s Profile 

• BSc in Chemistry/Polymer Science and Technology/Material Science or equivalent
• MSc in Chemistry/ Polymer Science and Technology or relevant Postgraduate qualification
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar working environment
• Knowledge and experience on regulations/ standards related to personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Excellent writing skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
