Manager - Engineering Maintenance
We seek an enthusiastic dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Manager - Engineering Maintenance.
Job Role
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory control of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability and timely procurement to support production schedules.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Sc), preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, with expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Experience in the cement and activated carbon industry is highly desirable.
