Manager - Business Development
The scope of work would include developing businesses and increasing the market share by providing customised solutions for products related to solar systems. The role should provide direct involvement to sales and marketing teams to acquire new customer accounts as well as service existing ones.
Candidate Profile:
•Bachelors with a Master’s Degree in a related field (engineering or marketing) or professional qualifications (SLIM or CIM).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (minimum 3 years of working experience in construction-related industries in the recent past).
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to build relationships with customers.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
•Understanding current market and business movements and reporting the same to management.
Responsibilities for Manager - Business Development
•Analysing market data, trends, and customer needs to advise executive management on market opportunities and threats in alignment with the long-term organisational strategy, providing input for the sales strategy.
•Maintaining and building relationships with key market parties, internal sales organisations, business units, and branch organisations.
•Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation’s products and services.
•Setting strategic direction in collaboration with and managing teams.
Developing and implementing growth strategies to expand the company's customer base.
