Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition manager.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Modern Talent Acquisition Techniques.
Strong communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate current Talent Acquisition procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Modify current Talent Acquisition procedures or develop new procedures as & when needed.
Expert head hunting and introduce modern technologies for Talent Acquisition.
Monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting Talent Acquisition procedures.
Supervise and provide overall guidance to the Talent Acquisition team.
Attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships related to Talent Acquisition.
Liaise with department heads to anticipate and plan for current & future Talent Acquisition needs.
Creative advertising for job adverts and hunt for best talents.
Actively manage the Employer Branding of the company.
Productively manage the Talent Acquisition process until the completion of onboarding.
