JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct the annual Training Needs Analysis.
- Execute the annual training plan.
- Conducting employee orientation sessions for new recruits.
- Assist in implementing the employer band key initiatives in uplifting the Advantis Brand value.
- Assist in executing the Hayleys Management Trainee program with respective SBU/SSUs and periodically assess, progress through reviews and mentoring initiatives.
- Monthly reporting of L&D data trackers and dashboards for Hayleys HR, CODM, ICE, EDMC and HR Ops.
- Proactive engagement with all HR BPs, SBU/SSU Heads in driving learning culture within Advantis.
- Perform additional duties which commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelor's degree in Management/ HRM or related field or similar professional qualification.
- For a degree holder: a minimum of 1 year work experience at junior executive level or for a professionally qualified non degree holder: a minimum of 2 years' work experience at junior executive level.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and content creation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust programs based on data-driven insights
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
