Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing, monitoring, troubleshooting, prioritizing and coordinating packing activities
- Preparation daily packing plan
- Maintain the stability and the reputation of the stores by complying with relevant ISO Standards
- Meet monthly shipment plan of the company
- Complete the orders in given time frame, control WIP inventory
- Reduce non conformities (NCs) within the guideline of the company standard operating procedures (SOPs), customer requirements and management directives
Person’s Profile
- A bachelor’s degree preferably from Industrial Management/ Logistics/ Manufacturing Management/ Supply Chain Management from a recognized University
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a Manufacturing company
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong results orientation
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Hands-on experience in SAP - ERP system
