Job Responsibilities
- Ensure processes are consistently maintained in compliance with stipulated specifications
- Engage in new product development and commercialization of new products
- Coordinate implementation of new processes
- Establish process specification for new products and processes developed.
- Involve in product and process improvements
- Work closely with staff from Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments as well as from other disciplines for cross functional team based projects
- Documentation associated with product Marketing, Product Certification & Testing and incorporation of the new products and processes within the Quality Management System
- Coordinate with the manual employees to carry out process without any delays
Person’s Profile
- Bachelors or NDT in Polymer Technology or Chemical Engineering
- 01-02 years of work experience preferably in the Hand Protection industry
- Exposure in Product Development/Process Management in Natural Rubber Latex/Synthetic Disposable Gloves will be a definite advantage
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
