Handle general administrative activities cargo and container - Hambanthota division including license renewals, lease agreements.
Obtain required port and customs permits by managing documentation and coordinating with regulatory authorities efficiently.
Manage and oversee the inventory of assets (IMPL/HIPG) to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance.
Coordinate and manage stationery needs, ensuring proper documentation and timely supply for office operations.
Monitor and verify the validity of staff driving licenses while coordinating the provision of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Facilitate smooth functioning of the Quality Management System (ISO) by conducting internal audits and facilitating external audits.
Maintain and follow-up service provider's agreements, maintain hired vehicles license/ Insurance/ Running charts.
Manage petty cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate processing and payment of service providers' invoices and bills for prompt settlements.
Support recruitment processes, manage employee personal files, and coordinate HR aptitude tests and HIPS safety inductions.
Manage resignation processes and exit documentation while manually tracking staff attendance and overtime records.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Local or London O/L 6 passes with 'C' for Maths and English.
Minimum - 2 passes for A/Ls or successful completion of UGC-approved A/L equivalent foundation course with minimum one-year experience.
