Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards. Supporting internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Adhere to given SLAs and preparation of Bank & Balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure month-end and year-end closing processes by completing all necessary tasks, such as journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries.
Collaborate with other finance teams, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance teams of Business Units to ensure cohesive Finacial operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support and participate in projects aimed at improving financial systems and processes.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting software and tools.
Analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
QUALIFICATOINS
Following a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Partly qualified in CA, ACCA or CIMA preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or finance field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) will be an added advantage.
